Support Options

Ubersmith offers two main levels of support services to our customers. Standard support is included with every Ubersmith core subscription, and premium support is offered as an option at a small additional cost above the Ubersmith core subscription.

Standard Support

  • Email and ticket-based support
  • Standard weekday business hours: 9am-5pm Eastern Time
  • Expected response time of 2 business days
  • Upgrade installations (if not self-installed) of $500 for up to 2 hours of professional services

Premium Support

  • Email, ticket and phone-based support
  • Extended weekday business hours: 8am-6pm Eastern Time
  • Emergency technical response outside of business hours, as appropriate
  • Expected response time of 1 business day
  • Free upgrade installations for standard upgrades, including up to 4 hours of professional services
  • All incoming tickets noted as premium support automatically
