Support Lifecycle Policy

General Support Phase

The General Support phase begins on the date of general availability of a Major or Point Release and lasts for a fixed duration of a minimum of two years. During the General Support phase, Ubersmith offers critical updates and technical assistance. Bug fixes are provided for all supported releases.

After the support End of Life Date, software support and user support will no longer be available.

For all customers on Ubersmith DE 3.0 and higher, all future updates and upgrades are included with the monthly subscription fee. For all customers on Ubersmith DE 3.0 and earlier, all updates and upgrades up to but not including version 3.0 are included with the monthly subscription fee.
