All Ubersmith subscriptions offer support by email, ticket or phone during weekday business hours, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time Zone. We support many international clients, and we are often responsive off hours.

We offer Premium Support for those that want phone support, longer business hours, faster expected response time, emergency technical response outside of our standard business hours, free weekday/business hours upgrade installs and incoming tickets noted as premium support.
