The Ubersmith sales quoting functionality includes approvals, electronic customer signatures, and quote duplication, all of which go towards a more a seamless customer experience. Many of our customers also use our Sales Manager for handling pipelines and bookings.
The Sales Manager Dashboard gives you a comprehensive overview of open opportunities in the sales funnel so you can track potential sales plus it is often also used to add new leads. Here, a user can see the lead name, the stage, the value, the expected close date, when it was updated and the owner. You can also sort by the date it was updated. Additionally, you can also edit or can see more details about a particular lead.
In order to sell a service, an account executive can add a quote or build a quote associated with an existing client or lead. Once a quote is added to a sales lead, you can easily add the necessary services. In the Actions section you can:
- Approve a quote: Supervisors can verify a sale before it gets signed by a lead
- Once approved, a quote can be emailed to the client
- Clients can review the quote through email
- Clients can digitally sign the quote or, alternatively, they can download a pdf to fax or mail
