Solution
Tagging devices will allow you to display groups of devices based on custom tags you create. A tag is a short, descriptive string, for example, 'unassigned', 'internal', or 'refurbished', could be tags used to describe and group devices together.

Devices can be tagged from their individual device page or they can be tagged en masse from the device list.


There is also a page called 'Tag Management' within 'setup & admin' that will allow you to manage tags. From here you can create new tags, edit and delete existing tags, and merge tags together. You can also review the devices associated with particular tags.
