The bandwidth utilization graphs provided within Ubersmith should be easy to understand at a glance, but here is a detailed explanation of the key and other items on the graph.

Graph Image
Y-axis - Rate of data transfer, usually in Mbps.
X-axis - Time, usually viewed by the month.
Graph Key
and Summary Data
Out (Green)
Outbound traffic. The values displayed on the key are the Max(imum), Min(imum), and Cur(rent, or Last) rate observed during the period displayed on the graph.
The values in [brackets] represent the total transfer used during the period displayed on the graph.
In (Blue)
Inbound traffic. The values displayed on the key are the Max(imum), Min(imum), and Cur(rent, or Last) rate observed during the period displayed on the graph.
The values in [brackets] represent the total transfer used during the period displayed on the graph.
Out (Red)
Outbound traffic, 95th percentile. The line on the graph represents the 95th percentile calculation for the period displayed on the graph.
In (Orange)
Inbound traffic, 95th percentile. The line on the graph represents the 95th percentile calculation for the period displayed on the graph.
Port Status
The interface 'halo' (the section below '0' on the y-axis) will change color to reflect the status of the switch port. 'Up' is green, 'down' is red.
