To login to Ubersmith, enter the web address (also known as the URL, or uniform resource locator) of your instance into a web browser. For example, the address or URL for Ubersmith, Inc.'s copy of Ubersmith is:

You will be presented with the default Ubersmith login screen where you can enter your username and password. Both Ubersmith administrator users and clients log in at the same login screen, and will be presented with a unique interface depending on what type of account they have.

If you are a client who has forgotten your password, please click the link on the login screen stating "forgot your password?" and a reminder will be sent out to the email address on file.

If you have forgotten your username, please contact your company's Ubersmith administrator.
