Submit Support Ticket |

When viewing an individual client, you can submit a support ticket on behalf of the client from within Ubersmith by clicking the link located within the orange action bar in the Account Mgmt Tab.
The fields are as follows:
Select Contact - Choose which authorized contact is requesting support. If the contact is not listed and is to be added, click the Add Contact link.
Subject, Body, & Attachments - You may specify the Subject of the email, body of the email, as well as attach up to 5 files to be sent.
Department - This pulldown allows you to choose which department the support ticket will be placed in. If a department is not selected, it will be created in the default department.
Priority - This pulldown allows you to choose the priority of the support ticket. If you have an emergency email address configured, selecting 911 will send the emergency address a ticket notification.
To submit the support ticket, click the Send button at the bottom of the popup window. If you wish to submit another support ticket on behalf of the client, click Send & New to bring you to a new Submit Support Ticket form.
