The Advanced section of the Order Form will allow a user to completely customize each step, add rules to fields, select default values, and reorder steps and actions.
Selecting "hidden fields" in the top left hand corner allows us to view and edit all of the fields that are not client viewable:
To add a rule to a particular step, simply select "add rule" for the specific step. Select add rule for "Server/Domain Name". Here are the rules we can chose from:
We will select required, and then enter an error message that the client will receive if the condition is not satisfied.
Selecting Save will add the rule, and we can proceed.
We will add similar rules for User ID, Password, and Server/Domain Name for our Add on Service.
At any time we can also add elements to our order form as well. Select "add element":
Here we will add a Text Area field where the client can enter any additional instructions or requests:

Now we will proceed to Setup & Admin, and Custom Client Data Fields:
Select Add New Custom Client Data Group:
We will call it Client Data, select save, and now chose "add metadata":
First, we will add an IP Address field:
Next we will add another field - one that will accept the data collected from our Order Form element, instruct1:
Without this step, the Text Area on our Order Form will have nowhere to go. For any elements you create, you need to be sure you also create a corresponding Custom Client Data Field who's API Variable Name matches the element's Field Name
We will now proceed back to our Order Form, to our second page (Contact Information) and add rules specifying which fields we want required
In Billing Information we will add our company phone and address, and then proceed to our Confirm Order page.
Here we will add a "Signature" which is automatically included with the order:
Select Save, and now our order is complete:
