Now we will switch over to the customer's roll, and place an order, by going to order a dedicated server at http://billing.yourwebsite.org/order/?form_id=5
Feel free to select any options - this is certainly just one example:
Open a new window and proceed to "Order Manager"
At the moment, if we select Leads under our "Dedicated Server" Order Queue, you will notice that we have no Leads in this Order Queue.
Back on our Order Form, as soon as we select Next, we can see a Lead is created:
Let's complete the Order from the Client's end - but let's fill out some information like the phone number and e-mail address wrong, just to check our rules:
Everything looks good, so we will fill in correct information and proceed to the next page:
Clicking Next here will bring us to the Confirm Order page:
With the completion of the order, the client will now be take to PayPal's site to pay:
If we proceed back to the Order Manager, we see that our client's order has moved to the "Fraud Check" phase.
Clicking on the Order ID number "1031" takes us into the Processing area:
Now as the Admin, we will turn our attention to Order Actions. We can see that "Notify Admins" has been completed, since it was set to automatic. To continue processing, we move down the list, either processing or skipping steps.
Once all of the steps in "Fraud Check" have been completed, the order moves on to the "Processing" step. Once all of the steps have been completed, the order is moved into the "Complete" queue:
Clicking on the Order ID, we can continue Processing or Skipping steps:
Once all of our steps have been completed, we can see at the top that our Order Status has been changed to complete.
If we go back to our Order Manager, we can see that the Order has moved to the Complete step, and the Client has been assigned a ClientID
If we click on the main Client Manager icon and head to the Client Manager Dashboard, we can see that our client has been created, and we have a new outstanding invoice from our order!
