Resend Welcome Letter

Welcome letters can be automatically sent when Adding a Service. To set this option, refer to the Welcome Letter tab of a service plan in Manage Service Plans. To resend the welcome letter for the service, simply click Send. If you wish to alter the letter, click the Edit button, make any changes, and press the Send Button.
