Pro-Rate Service

Pro-Rating a service will allow you to change the renewal date and the new balance will be automatically calculated. To use the Pro-Rate function, set the Next Renew date to the new renewal period. Press the Preview button to verify the amount, and then click save.

Note: Services that have already been invoiced for the current period cannot be pro-rated. Any outstanding invoices must be disregarded, and the Invoice Status for the service must be set to Unbilled.
