The support manager is an email based ticketing system for any and all client communications.  It is designed mainly to be used as your technical support hub but can also be used to manage sales, billing, vendors or any other type of email based communication that your company may want to keep track of.  From the support manager interface, received emails are entered into the system as 'tickets.'  Through the interface, admin users can respond directly to these emails and have their responses and the client's recorded as an organized thread.  Admins will also be able to add comments to the ticket that are not emailed out directly.  These comments can be public allowing the client to view them or private, which only allows admins to view them.
