To add an order form, click "Order Forms."
You can also create an Order Form from the main "Manage Order Queues" tab at any point later on:
Select "Add Order Form"
We will call the Order Form "Super Dedicated Server, select Dedicated Server1 from the Service Plan dropdown, and leave the form template as default:
Here are the options we will use for this service. Since the car does not need login credentials, and doesn't have a domain or IP address, we can safely uncheck User ID, Password, Server/Domain Name, IP Address
At any point from now on we can click "Save Progress" which will let us come back and continue the wizard at any point later.
At this next step we can select "Add on Services." We will select "Secure Certificate," hit the double arrow button to add it, and select "Next Step" to configure the plan.
Here in Step 4, we configure our options for the service plan:
In Step 5, we will look over our Client Contact Information. If you wish to allow existing clients to use the Order Form to add services to their account, simply check the first box. We can doublecheck our default settings, and what fields we will want the client to fill out when they order. (Note: any "Custom Client Data Fields" you have set up under Setup & Admin will appear as options in this step)
In Step 6, we configure our Billing/Payment options. This will be completely unique for your company, however here is a recommended setup.
Now we will configure our Billing and Payment Options. We intend to accept Paypal and Credit Cards:
On Step 7, we can customize the Look & Feel of our Order Form. When finished we will hit save.
On your company's website, you would link to the new Order Form simply as:
http://billing.yourwebsite.org/order/?form_id=5
