To add an order form, click "Order Forms."
You can also create an Order Form from the main "Manage Order Queues" tab at any point later on:
Select "Add Order Form"
We will call the Order Form "Ubersmith Special: Automobile, select Automobile from the Service Plan dropdown, and leave the form template as default:
Here are the options we will use for this service. Since the car does not need login credentials, and doesn't have a domain or IP address, we can safely uncheck User ID, Password, Server/Domain Name, IP Address
At any point from now on we can click "Save Progress"
At this next step we can select "Add on Services" and in the following step, we can configure them as well. For our purposes in this walkthrough we will not be including any Add on Services. Select Next Step and we will continue with Step 5.
Here we can doublecheck our default settings, and what fields we will want the client to fill out when they order. (Note: any "Custom Client Data Fields" you have set up under Setup & Admin will appear as options in this step)
Now we will configure our Billing and Payment Options. We intend to accept Paypal and Credit Cards:
On Step 7, we can customize the Look & Feel of our Order Form. When finished we will hit save.
Next we will copy our Order Form by simply selecting "copy"
Input the new Order Form Name, and make sure the Order Queue is still Vehicles, since that is where we want our new form, and select Copy
Select "Wizard" and under the Select Service Plan dropdown simply select Truck, and Save Progress.
We have now finished our basic Order Forms!
On your company's website, you would link to the Order Forms simply as:
