Event Log

The Client Event Log may be found by clicking the link contained within the orange action box. The Event Log link is also available in the orange action bar contained within the Reports tab navigation.

The client Event Log contains all actions and records that are related to the selected client. It is presented in chronological order and shows all changes made to the client information, service information & renewals, associated ticket assignments, payments made, and all other client associated records.

The Event Log is viewable by the client when logged in to Ubersmith, but you may select which events are viewable by the client. To keep a record from being shown to the client, simply uncheck the box next to the event(s) and click Update.

The Event Log may be searched and filtered from within the header bar.

Searching the Event Log: To search the event log, place your search term in the Search Events box and click the arrow to the right of the input box.

Date Filtering: To filter the event log by date, select the To and From dates and click the arrow to the right of the input box.

Tip: If you fill out both forms, the event log will display all events matching the search criteria that happened during the time interval specified.
