Delete Client

Deleting a client will permanently remove all client data and cannot be undone. It will remove invoicing and renewals for all of the client's services, remove any charges from the charge queue, as well as restrict any changes to the account. Deleted clients can still be viewed read-only and their reports are still accessible up until the point that they were deleted.

To delete a client, click the Delete Client link in the Client Profile tab, located within the orange action bar. The system will confirm that you wish to permanently delete the client. Click the Delete Account button to remove the client.
