Next, we will proceed to Setup & Admin, and at the bottom left, Order Queues
Here we will select "Add New Order Queue to create an Order Queue named "Dedicated Servers."
Next we will select "add action" in the Leads Step
We will first create an action named Email Client, using the "Send Templated Email to Client" module.
We will set it to "Optional." What this will allow us to do is look at all of the orders that were never completed in the Order Manager, and chose to send the following Email:
Click save, and now select "Add Order Step"
We will call this Fraud Check, and hit save. Now we will click the "up arrow" on our newly created step, to position it before the processing step:
Now we will select "add action" under Fraud Check:
We will now create an Automatic step that will alert any Admin of an order that moves past the Leads stage:
Next, we will add several more steps to the Fraud Check step, first a MaxMind fraud step:
... and a manual Telephone Verification step:
Here is our Order Queue so far:
Next we will add the following actions to "Processing":
We will add one final action to the "Complete" step: Send Welcome Letter - which will Email the client the welcome letter specified in the service plan.
This will be the result:
We are now ready to create an Order Form! To proceed, click "Order Forms."
