Charge Queue Manager

The charge queue manager is the report for the full system's charge queue.  Any client's who have a queued charge will appear in this report.  If a credit card is declined, and Ubersmith is configured to automatically retry the credit card (Setup & Admin: Credit Card Options), the following information will be shown:

Client ID: This is the client id number of the account.

Client: This is the name on the account.

Attempts: This is the number of times that the charge has been retried and declined.

Last Attempt: This is the date and time of the last time the charge was attempted.

Reason for Failure: This is a listing of the reason the credit card gateway returned for the card being declined.

Amount: This is the amount of the charge that is to be retried.

Details: Clicking this link will load a popup window that displays the full set of information for the queued charge including what services are included in it and how much of the charge will be applied to them when it is successful.  On this page, individual services can be removed from the overall charge.  If/when all services are removed from the queued charge, the charge is removed completely from the queue.
