We’ve gotten word today from one of our clients that they were contacted online and asked to divulge their Ubersmith login details via a web-based form. Presumably the party that contacted them used the guise that they were an Ubersmith employee asking for this information.
Ubersmith, Inc. will never contact you for login details unless it is explicitly required to resolve
