Ubersmith (along with 21,000 other National Grid customers in Rensselaer County) is experiencing a power outage. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to address telephone support requests until power is restored.

We request that you submit any support issues via email. Our support staff has relocated to facilities with power and Internet connectivity while we await restoration of power to the downtown Troy area.

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
